Refund Policy

At TENBLANK FAN MEETING OFFICIAL GOODS STORE, cancellations, returns, or exchanges/changes (such as size, color, quantity changes) due to customer reasons after ordering are not accepted at all. Please apply with this understanding in advance.

If you accidentally placed an incorrect order, please contact the customer center on the day of your order with your order number, name, and desired details clearly stated. Please note that we cannot respond to inquiries made after that day.
Also, products that have been tried on or used after arrival cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason other than defects.

In the following cases, cancellations, returns, exchanges/changes cannot be accepted.

• In case of customer reasons (such as size not fitting, different from the image, or notifying that the order was mistaken after product arrival)
• Products for which more than 7 days have passed since arrival
• Products that have been used once
• Products that have become dirty or scratched while in the customer's possession
• Hygiene products such as underwear
• If you have lost the delivery note, tags, or other accessories
