- Video and photos of the venue, including the audience, may be published. Please understand this in advance before attending.
- Please follow the guidance and instructions of the staff on the event day.
- Eating and drinking inside the venue are prohibited. Bringing in alcohol or entering under the influence is forbidden. If staff judge you to be intoxicated, entry will be denied. If found inside, immediate removal will be enforced.
- Bringing in or using photography and recording equipment (cameras, video cameras, recorders, binoculars with recording functions, etc.) inside the venue is prohibited.
- Use of items that block other guests' views or any actions that cause inconvenience to others are prohibited.
- If you do not follow the above rules, staff will warn you. If not improved, you may be asked to leave even during the event.
- You may be asked to verify your identity upon entry.
- Waiting for performers near the venue, public transportation, or accommodations is prohibited.
- Please refrain from actions that cause inconvenience to people near the venue or the venue itself.
- A purchase limit of 2 tickets per performance per person is set.
- Children under 3 years old may sit on laps, but a ticket is required if a seat is needed.
- Ticket transfer and resale are strictly prohibited.

FAQ
Tickets cannot be refunded except in cases of performance cancellation or postponement.
Seats are designated by lottery. Seat assignments and changes cannot be made.
You cannot enter without a ticket. Please be sure to bring your ticket on the day. Reissuance is not possible if lost or forgotten.
If payment is not made by the payment deadline, the winning will be invalid. Cancellations cannot be made after payment, so please confirm carefully before making the payment.
Tickets for this performance are not eligible for resale. Please understand in advance.
Entry is possible even after the performance has started. Please note that you may be asked to wait to enter due to the production.
If you use a wheelchair, please contact the inquiry desk for each performance after purchasing your ticket. Also, if you come with an assistant, the assistant will also need a ticket.
There will be no gift box set up on the day of the performance. Even if you bring presents or letters, we will not be able to accept them.
We kindly decline the acceptance of flower stands and dressing room flowers.
Please be sure to follow the precautions below when enjoying using cheering goods.
- Please refrain from holding cheering goods above your chest height.
- Please refrain from waving cheering goods back and forth or side to side as it may disturb other customers around you.
- Bringing in cheering goods of sizes that may disturb other customers is prohibited.
