■About Cancellations, Returns, Exchanges/Changes
TENBLANK FAN MEETING OFFICIAL GOODS STORE does not accept cancellations, returns, exchanges/changes (such as size, color, quantity changes) due to customer reasons after ordering. Please understand this in advance before applying.
If you accidentally made a mistake in your order, please contact the customer center on the day of your order with your order number, name, and desired details clearly stated. Please note that we cannot respond if you contact us later.
Also, products that have been tried on or used after arrival cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason other than defects.

The following cases are not eligible for cancellations, returns, or exchanges/changes.
- Customer reasons (such as size not fitting, different from image, or notifying that the order was mistaken after product arrival)
- Products that have passed more than 7 days since arrival
- Products that have been used once
- Products that have stains or scratches caused by the customer
- Hygiene products such as underwear
- Cases where delivery slips, tags, or accessories are lost

■About Payment Methods
You can choose one of the following payment methods.

Payment slips for convenience store payment are not mailed.
Convenience store payment is a paperless payment without mailing payment slips.
Convenience store payment incurs a separate handling fee.
■About Cooling-Off
"Cooling-off" is a system applicable to door-to-door sales.
Cooling-off does not apply to mail order sales as a mandatory rule.
Since this store is mail order accessed by customers, the cooling-off system does not apply. Please understand this in advance.
■About Defective Products
Please be sure to check the contents when the product arrives.
If there are any defects in the product, or if a product different from your order arrives, if stock is available, we will exchange it for a good product, and if stock is sold out, we will respond with a refund. Please contact the customer center within 7 days of product arrival.

Exchanges and returns cannot be accepted after more than 7 days from product arrival.
Please be sure to return any enclosed items when returning the product.
Return shipping costs for defective products or products different from the order will be borne by this store.
For exchanges of defective products or products different from the order, please be sure to contact the customer center in advance. If you return the product without contacting us, it may cause delays or other troubles, so please be careful.
■About Shipping Fees
Nationwide flat-rate shipping fee: Courier 875 yen (tax included)

Shipping is done per order number. If you place orders in multiple times, order numbers will be separated, and shipping fees will be charged per order number. Please be careful.
Delivery may not be possible to some remote islands and other areas. (For details, please contact Yamato Transport's website or sales office.)
We do not accept overseas shipping. Delivery is limited to within Japan only, so please understand.
■About Changing Delivery Address
Delivery will be made to the address specified at the time of order. Even if you change your member registration information after order confirmation, the delivery address will not be changed, so please be sure to check the delivery address before ordering.
We cannot respond to requests to change (forward) the delivery address after order confirmation. Please contact Yamato Transport directly after shipping has started.
※If you change (forward) the delivery address due to "wrong delivery address" or "moving," the shipping cost (forwarding fee) from the address on the invoice to the changed delivery address will be borne by the customer.
※The forwarding fee will be cash on delivery and must be paid to Yamato Transport when receiving the product.
※This store does not guarantee forwarding fees incurred additionally due to forwarding.
■About Delivery When Absent
For deliveries by courier, if you are absent, we will respond with a missed delivery notice. Please contact the Yamato Transport sales office within the storage period indicated on the notice and receive your package.
[About Long-term Absence or Refusal to Receive]
According to Yamato Transport regulations, if the product cannot be received due to long-term absence etc. even after 7 days from the shipping date, the product will be returned to the delivery center. Products returned to the delivery center will be treated as canceled and cannot be resent, so please be careful.

If the product is returned to this store due to "long-term absence" or "refusal to receive," we will not contact the customer, so please understand in advance.
If "refusal to receive" due to customer reasons continues, usage may be restricted at the store's discretion. Please understand this in advance.
■About Combining Orders After Ordering
We cannot combine products after ordering (combining two or more order numbers into one order number) because shipping is done per order. If you wish to ship together in one shipment, please apply together at the time of order by yourself.
※Even if you have multiple IDs (login email addresses), we do not accept combining order histories.
